","content":"The ball\u2019s in our court now!\r\n\r\nWe\u2019ll ask your electricity distributor (i.e. the company that owns the electricity poles and wires near your house) to connect your Flow Hub, so it receives live data about your energy usage."},{"title":"What should I do if my Flow Hub couldn\u2019t connect to my Wi-Fi\/didn\u2019t list my Wi-Fi as a joining option?","content":"You\u2019ll need to restart your Flow Hub and redo the set-up process."},{"title":"How do I reset my Flow Hub?","content":"

  1. Make sure your Flow Hub is close to your phone and your home Wi-Fi router.<\/li>\r\n \t
  2. Press and hold your Flow Hub\u2019s home button down for six seconds.<\/li>\r\n \t
  3. The yellow cloud light should begin blinking slowly after a minute.<\/li>\r\n \t
  4. Press the home button down again for one second.<\/li>\r\n \t
  5. If the reset has been successful, the yellow cloud light will blink quickly after thirty seconds.<\/li>\r\n \t
  6.
