        • Select Time of Use (TOU)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nWhy TOU?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nTOU mode allows you to schedule specific discharge periods.\r\n\r\nIf your inverter is set to General Mode or Self-Use Mode, it will prioritise home consumption and may not export during the Happy Hour window.<\/em>"},{"left_content":"

          Create the 5:30pm\u20137:30pm discharge window<\/h4>","right_content":"In TOU mode, locate the Charge\/Discharge Schedule section.<\/span>\r\n\r\nAdd a new time period:<\/span>\r\n

          • Start: 17:30<\/li>\r\n \t
          • End: 19:30<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nSet this period to Discharge.<\/span>\r\n\r\nIf prompted, ensure:<\/span>\r\n

            • Discharge power is set to maximum allowable (within your inverter\/battery limits)<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t
            • Grid export is permitted<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nSave settings.<\/span>\r\n\r\nThis instructs the battery to discharge during the Battery Happy Hour window.<\/span>"},{"left_content":"

You keep full control of your solar and battery system at all times.\r\n\r\nFlow Home doesn\u2019t remotely control your inverter or battery.
