Common questions about getting started
Please note that it can take up to approx. 60 days for your smart meter upgrade to be finalised once you’ve completed your sign up.
The ball’s in our court now!
We’ll ask your electricity distributor (i.e. the company that owns the electricity poles and wires near your house) to connect your Flow Hub, so it receives live data about your energy usage.
It can take up to a month for all the graphs in the Energy Tracker to load. That’s because we need at least a month’s data to show you your past performance.
Our Customer Success team can help you make the most of your app. They’re available for advice and support 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, on 1800 359 797.
