We’ll ask your electricity distributor (i.e. the company that owns the electricity poles and wires near your house) to connect your Flow Hub, so it receives live data about your energy usage.
It can take up to a month for all the graphs in the Energy Tracker to load. That’s because we need at least a month’s data to show you your past performance.
