Offer Details

  • Customers with home batteries who sign up to the Flow Home electricity plan after 31 October 2025 will receive a $150 bill credit (incl. GST), applied as $50 per month across the first three bills.
  • This credit is offered by Flow Power and is independent of any Government Feed-in Tariff (FiT) entitlements or other state/federal rebates.
  • The credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash beyond standard Flow Power refund processes.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To be eligible for this campaign offer, customers must:
  • Be a residential electricity customer located in Victoria (or other participating NEM states, as advised by Flow Power).
  • Be a new Flow Power customer switching from another electricity retailer.
  • Complete the Flow Home sign-up process during the Campaign Period.
  • To receive full credit, customer must remain on an eligible Flow Home electricity plan for at least the first three billing cycles.

Exclusions

  • This offer is not available to:
  • Existing Flow Power residential customers.
  • Customers who provide false or misleading information.

Credit Application & Refunds

  • The $150 cashback will be applied automatically as $50 per bill over the first three bills.
  • If the customer’s account is in credit at the end of the Offer period, Flow Power’s standard refund processes apply.
  • Customers who close their Flow Power account prior to receiving all three credits will forfeit any remaining unpaid credits.

General Conditions

  • This offer is limited to one cashback per household (NMI).
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, unless expressly approved by Flow Power.
  • Flow Power reserves the right to:
  • Verify customer eligibility.
  • Amend, suspend or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
  • Withhold or cancel credits where customers are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Customer Communication

  • Flow Power may provide updates about eligibility, credit application, or plan changes via email, app notifications, or phone.
