No. You can’t choose the exact type of energy that powers your house or business.
That’s because energy from a renewable energy generator flows into the Australian energy grid before entering your home or business, where it mixes with a range of other energy types.
However, our electricity plans are 100% GreenPower accredited plan. That means we’ll link you to a renewable energy project that will send a kilowatt of clean energy into the grid for every kilowatt of energy you use.

We offer a dynamic feed-in tariff that changes from month to month, depending on the times of day you export electricity to the grid.
Your feed-in tariff is modified by something we called the Feed-in Price Efficiency Adjustment (or Feed-in PEA for short). You can learn more about it by reading this basic explainer.
Our electricity plans include a pricing feature called the Price Efficiency Adjustment (or PEA for short) that encourages you to reduce your reliance on fossil fuel based energy generation.
Over time, your reduced reliance on this type of energy generation and support for your renewable energy generator will make it easier for Australia to phase out older generators and replace them with similar renewable energy generators.
