Offer Details

  • Customers who sign up to the Flow Home electricity plan between 1st April 2026 and 12th April 2026 will receive a $300 bill credit (incl. GST), applied as $25 per month across the first twelve bills.
  • The credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash beyond standard Flow Power refund processes.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To be eligible for this campaign offer, customers must:
  • Be a residential electricity customer located in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland (Energex region only).
  • Be a new Flow Power customer switching from another electricity retailer.
  • Complete the Flow Home sign-up process during the campaign period (1st – 12th April 2026).
  • To receive full credit, customer must remain on an eligible Flow Home electricity plan for at least the first twelve billing cycles.

This offer is not available to

  • Customers with a home battery system.
  • Existing Flow Power residential customers.
  • Customers who provide false or misleading information.

Credit Application & Refunds

  • The $300 cashback will be applied automatically as $25 per bill over the first twelve bills.
  • Customers who close their Flow Power account prior to receiving all three credits will forfeit any remaining unpaid credits.
  • Any unused credit will roll over to the next bill and is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash.

General Conditions

  • This offer is limited to one cashback per household (NMI).
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, unless expressly approved by Flow Power.
  • Flow Power reserves the right to:
  • Verify customer eligibility.
  • Amend, suspend or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
  • Withhold or cancel credits where customers are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Flow Power may provide updates about eligibility, credit application, or plan changes via email, app notifications, or phone.
