How to reduce your rate
Plan your week: Use the Flow Power app’s energy forecast to identify the best days and times to power up. Green: go for it. Red: hold off.
Charge smart: Charge your EV within these off-peak times and avoid any red zones.
Shift other appliances: Run other energy-intensive appliances, like dishwashers or washing machines, during off-peak times to further reduce your electricity rate.
Monitor your usage: Stay on top of your energy habits with real-time insights from the Flow Power app.
Price notifications: Turn on price notifications to make sure you never miss a high price event.
How you’ll be supported
All Flow Power customers will have access to the Flow Power app.
In the app, you can find the best times to charge your EV and run your power-hungry appliances.
In addition, customers in Victoria get the free Flow Kit that helps efficient energy monitoring and customers in New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia will be eligible for a smart meter upgrade generally at no additional cost.
