Terms and Conditions

• Offer only available for new customers based in Victoria who sign up to the Flow Home plan during the campaign window.
• Must remain an active customer for the duration of the campaign and the battery installation period.
• Customers who churn during the campaign period or battery installation period will be ineligible to win.
• Customers with disconnected, inactive, or overdue accounts as of 31st October will be ineligible.
• To be able to claim the prize, customer should also be up to date with their bill payments till the battery installation period.
• Winners may be asked to participate in a post-campaign wrap-up, including quotes and case studies.
• Prizes are not refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
  • Exception for Customers Who Purchase a Battery During the Promotion Period:
    Customers who purchase a battery between 1 August 2025 and 31 October 2025 are eligible to enter the competition. If such a customer is drawn as the winner, Flow Power will refund the battery and installation costs up to a maximum of $16,000. This refund is provided in lieu of the physical prize and is not redeemable for cash beyond the amount paid for the battery and installation. 
• Any ongoing servicing costs for the battery will be the responsibility of the winner.
• Offer is not applicable to existing customers, Flow Power staff, or in conjunction with any other offer.

Battery Installation Criteria

• Battery package includes a 5kW Sungrow battery, Sungrow SH5.0RS inverter, standard installation, and warranties.
• 5-year installation warranty and 10-year manufacturer warranty for the battery.
• Winner must own the property where the battery will be installed.
• Properties within apartment complexes are not eligible.
• Property must have a suitable location for installation (e.g., garage or side of the house).
• Area must be clear of obstructions such as shrubbery, gardens, or other barriers.
• Property must be a residential premise located in Victoria.
• Property must be linked to the winner’s Flow Power account.
• Battery installation will occur within 4-6 weeks of the winner being announced.
• Flow Power will cover up to $16,000 for the battery and installation.
• Any additional costs for upgrading existing electricity infrastructure or preparing the site will be the winner’s responsibility.
• Property must not have any pre-existing battery systems; offer is for first-time battery installations only.
• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
