Our optimised rates explained

All Flow Home plans start with the same base rate. This is the standard rate you’ll see when you sign up and on your bill.

If you’re on Flow Home, this base rate is your advertised rate. If you use energy more efficiently, you may pay less overall.

If you have solar, a battery or an EV, you’ll see an optimised rate instead. This is an estimate that shows what you could pay if your system is set up and used efficiently.

Your actual costs will vary depending on how and when you use energy, how your system performs, and electricity prices at the time.
