We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to support residential customers and prospective Flow Home customers. This is a phone-based, customer-facing role that blends empathy, problem solving and clear guidance across energy account setup, new connections, troubleshooting and customer portal support.
You’ll also follow up warm inbound leads, helping people understand Flow Home and complete their account set-up. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, is confident learning systems, and wants to build experience in the energy and technology sector.
These positions are full-time hours on an initial 6-month fixed term contract.
- Handle inbound customer service calls, supporting customers with new connections and existing service enquiries
- Guide customers through account setup and the customer portal interface
- Field inbound sales calls and follow up warm customer leads
- Help prospective customers set up new Flow Home customer accounts
- Record customer notes accurately in the CRM to support timely record keeping and data integrity
- Follow current and newly developed system processes
- Provide feedback on CRM and in-house system processes to support continuous improvement
You’re a clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems. You’re calm on calls, comfortable learning digital systems, and motivated by doing the right thing for customers. You don’t need deep energy experience, but you will be curious about how the energy market works, ready to learn Flow Power’s products and technology, and keen to help customers feel confident using them.
You’ll bring empathy, attention to detail and a practical mindset — plus the confidence to guide customers through systems, processes and decisions in alignment with our company values.
- Experience in customer service and/or inbound sales
- Ability to support customer enquiries and sales calls with empathy and care
- Strong verbal communication skills, suited to a phone-based role
- Confidence using CRM systems, customer databases or digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Interest in renewable energy, technology or customer education
