As a Commercial Solutions Manager with Flow Power, you’ll create long-term, trusting and profitable relationships with a portfolio of large Commercial & Industrial clients to renew electricity contracts and identify opportunities for new business and account growth.
- Nurture the existing client portfolio by building a full understanding of the Flow Power business model, and a deep understanding of the client business, to address pain points and identify opportunities for account growth
- Prepare and submit responses to tender opportunities for medium to large Commercial & Industrial energy users
- Build and nurture relationships with industry consultants and brokers to ensure the Flow Power offering is presented as an option
- Act as a primary point-of-contact for the allocated client portfolio to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Flow Power product and service offering, and up to date with changes in market conditions (spot pricing, futures pricing, regulations, etc)
- Flourish in an environment working to performance targets (account renewal, gross margin, MWh retention, new business)
Ideally, you bring a deep understanding of the energy retail market and a track record in senior account management with customer from a broad range of industries. Working in alignment with our company values, you will leverage your strong commercial acumen and a solution-selling approach to identify or create new business opportunities that improves our relationship with our clients.
- Tertiary level study in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales or similar is preferable
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the broader renewable energy sector, energy retail offerings (particularly PPAs), and acquiring & building B2B customer accounts
- Strong listening, negotiation and presentation ability, and demonstrated capability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Strong CRM software and MS Office skillset
