The Opportunity

As the Senior Deployment Manager with Flow Power, you will work on an exciting new program to rollout Electric Vehicle Fast Charger assets as part of the early-stage delivery and scale of the Flow Power Highway. The role has the unique blend of participating in the delivery of a new product in the early stages of inception, while leveraging support from developed inhouse Engineering, Retail and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management of our Electric Vehicle Charging Projects, from supporting Project Developers with technical feasibility through to commissioning & handover.
  • Lead the contracting process, including tenders and early works packages.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our Electric Vehicle Charging projects.
  • Monthly reporting on project budgets, scheduled activities on site, and site performance metrics.
  • Identify training and development opportunities relevant to building the Project Delivery function.
About You

We are searching for best in market talent with experience delivering ambitious deployment targets and working in smaller teams with high autonomy. Passion, knowledge and experience in the renewable energy transition in Australia will equip you with the skills required to navigate planning processes and external stakeholders to deploy fast charging assets. Working in alignment with our company values, this role will contribute to our readiness for scale during an exciting time in Flow Power’s history.

Skills & Experience
  • Ideally, 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • Project Management training or certification is preferred
  • Experience delivering similar development projects, with preference for experience in the renewable energy, broader energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience with electrical supply upgrades and working with DNSPs & ASPs
  • Knowledge of the relevant engineering Australian Standards (ie AS3000, AS3008, AS4777, AS5033, AS1170.2)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
