We are pleased to share that a new authentication method has been rolled out on the Flow Power kWatch Portal.

To access the kWatch Portal, please follow the instructions below:

Please note: If you have already signed up or logged in to the kWatch Portal, you will need to follow the sign up process again.

• Go to the kWatch Portal
• Click the sign up now link
• Enter your email address in the text box (the email address entered must match your registered email with Flow Power, which is the email address we’ve sent this email to!)
• Click send verification code button
• If a valid email address is entered, you will receive an email with a code
• Enter the code received in the verification code text box
• Click verify code button
• Enter a new password and confirm the password
  • Your password must be between 8 and 64 characters. Password must have at least 3 of the following:
    • a lower case letter
    • an upper case letter
    • a digit
    • a symbol
• Click the create button
• In the phone authentication screen, select the Country Code as Australia (+61) and enter your mobile number (without the leading 0)
  • Please note: to create an app account the mobile number entered must match the mobile number on your Flow Power account.
• Click send code button
• Enter the SMS code received on your mobile
• Click verify code button
• If the details entered are correct, sign up is successful

Once the sign up process has been complete, you can follow the below instructions for all subsequent logins.

• Go to the kWatch Portal
• Enter your email address and password
• Select keep me signed in check box (selecting this would keep you logged in for 90 days)
• Click sign in button
• Click send code button
• Enter the verification code
• Click verify code button
• If a valid code is entered, your sign in has been successful
