The opportunity

We are seeking a Production Assistant to play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient assembly of hardware components and contributing to a safe and productive work environment. You’ll collaborate closely with our talented team to manufacture our cutting-edge hardware solutions. 

Key responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Hardware Team to assemble hardware components according to established procedures and specifications 
  • Perform visual inspections and basic functional tests to ensure that all hardware components meet the required quality standards and specifications 
  • Assist in managing inventory and materials used in the production process, including receiving, organising, and stocking components  
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, and cost reduction 
  • Work closely with the Hardware Team and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines 
About you

You have a basic understanding of hardware components and proficiency in safely handling tools and equipment. You also have the following skills and experience:  

  • Manual dexterity necessary for various assembly tasks 
  • A team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high quality results 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of self-management 
  • Adaptable and responsive to challenges and changes in the production environment 
  • Demonstrated experience in hardware design and manufacturing is desirable
