Solutions Development Representative
The Solutions Development Representative will play a pivotal role in facilitating the expansion of Flow Power’s customer base and achieving sales objectives. You will be responsible for generating and increasing new business opportunities that feed into the Energy Solutions team. This role involves overseeing and maintaining a successful pipeline of new opportunities generated from both external sourcing and existing data within the CRM system.
- Qualify leads based on lead criteria and objectives
- Probe and explore customer needs when contacting customers or receiving inbound queries
- Provide an informed introduction to Flow Power’s products and services tailored to the customers’ needs/understanding
- Build and cultivate relationships with leads by initiating communication, following up, and responding to queries with accurate information
- Consistently meet outbound contact and qualified lead targets by contacting telephone leads derived from lists, referrals, and other advertising/marketing programs
- Maintain and develop an ongoing pipeline of leads
- Transition qualified leads to the Sales Team
- Support account management and business development staff as needed
- Manage data and communications with leads within the CRM and other records, ensuring accurate and timely logging of all communications

- Cold calling experience
